How do you ship and what are the charges?

Domestic shipments are shipped  Priority Mail.  We ship on Monday or Tuesday so your order arrives that week and your plants do not sit in a post office over the weekend (unless the Postal Service errors).  Please allow one week to process your order.  Plants are shipped within the U.S. only.  We cannot ship plants internationally.

We do not ship any products internationally. 

Winter shipping of plants:
We can not guarantee the plant will not freeze in route. You can have your plants shipped overnight express, if you want them right away (extra shipping charges apply,
contact us). We can hold the plants for you until the weather gets warmer. You can accept the risk of shipping at normal rates.

What are your payment methods?

Shop securely with your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express card through our PayPal shopping cart! Not already a PayPal member? No problem, PayPal has optimized the checkout experience for new users, signing up for a PayPal account is now optional. You complete your payments and then decide whether to save your information for future purchases.

Do you substitute?

We do not substitute, if we cannot fill your order a partial or full refund will be issued.

What is your return policy?

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund less shipping charges. Requests for a refund must be made within 10 days of delivery. Return shipping charges are at the expense of the purchaser. Once the product is received in good condition a refund will be issued. Contact us for shipping instructions.

What is your warranty?

All items are warranted to be as pictured or described. No other warranty is expressed or implied.

We guarantee safe arrival of your order and will replace or, at our option, issue a refund for any item damaged in shipment. You must notify us by email attaching a picture of shipping damage within 48 hours of receipt.

We guarantee our plants will arrive healthy and in good condition. We expect our plants to leave healthy and vigorous and our plant information to be helpful.  If you receive plants of uncertain quality, notify us within by 14 days by e-mail including a picture of the plant. Plant problems resulting from bad weather, neglect, under or over watering, or other unsuitable conditions are part of the learning experience for all gardeners and remain the customer's responsibility.

Winter shipments are at your risk. We cannot be responsible for losses during cold weather.

The Plants

All plants are nursery grown from seed, offset or cutting. We do not sell field collected plants.

Check back frequently for new additions to our plant list.

Cacti and succulents can cause injury if treated improperly. Plants in the Euphorbiaceae and the Apocynaceae have irritating or toxic sap. Many of the succulents are armed with spines, thorns, and other protective structures. The customer assumes responsibility for handling our plants with care.

Can I purchase a Gift Certificate?

Yes, we offer Gift Certificates through PayPal.
